Coach Rich here! I started fencing when I was 12 down in San Antonio, TX and I immediately fell in love with the sport and exercising. I coached epee at Texas A&M-CC for four years and now S&C for another 4 years at NOVA Fencing in Arlington, Virginia. I firmly believe that if you take a fencer with quality technique and fencing coaches, and give them proper S&C and nutrition that they will become an absolute beast on the strip. I believe it because… I’ve made it happen with countless clients in person and online (and myself). I genuinely love helping fencers become the best athletes they can be.
